Terms of Service - Linq Group LTD
These Terms of Service apply to you as a member, being a user or advertiser at ppLinq.com.
When registering at ppLinq.com, you confirm you have read, understood and accepted the following terms and conditions of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any of these terms, you must not register.
1. Eligibility and Responsibility of Members.
1.1 You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in ppLinq.com. ppLinq.com is open to International members and is void where prohibited by local governing laws.
1.2 You agree to and must use your own name and email address in the sign-up process and may not assume a false identity. You may not sign-up multiple times with different email addresses. Your computer must not be shared with another individual that has an existing ppLinq.com account. ppLinq.com is limited to one account per household.
1.3 You will use your username/password combination to access your account and it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential. You may change this information by logging into your account and following the "Personal Settings" link. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your ppLing.com account including authorization by you to any third party individual who may use your account. Any unauthorised access to your account should be reported immediately.
1.4 Should ppLinq.com management detect any instances of fraud, system abuse, defamation, harassment, foul language, inappropriate conduct in our forum or support ticket or any type of account activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal in the sole discretion of ppLinq.com, these actions may result in member termination and possible legal action as well as forfeiture of any earned commissions not yet disbursed to you from ppLinq.com. In the event that you have taken inappropriate actions in attempting to cheat, steal, lie or any action that would violate the ppLinq.com User Agreement or the User Agreement of any 3rd party company that ppLinq.com has a partnership agreement with, ppLinq.com can at its own discretion turn over any and all evidence, information, personal data and logs to said 3rd party for possible prosecution or investigation.
2. User Account
2.1 As your password must be kept secret from others, we store it in an irreversible format. In the unlikely event of someone hacking into your account, we will not be held responsible. When you request your password, we will send you a new one to your email.
2.2 You can only have one account. Any attempt to create more than one account will lead to the termination of all of them. This also applies to your Paypal / Payza / Perfectmoney / Bitcoin/OkPay account which has to be unique and not shared with another user.
2.3 Each advertisement can be viewed only once per 24 hours with an IP address. For viewing advertisements an internet connection must be used only by a single user every 24 hours. Any attempt to do otherwise may lead to the termination of your account. You can use multiple IP addresses to login. Logging in from proxies/VPN or shared network environments (such as, but not limited to schools, LAN houses, cybercafés, etc.) is not allowed.
2.4 Your email addresses will not be shown, given or sold.
2.5 Accounts are not transferable.
2.6 ppLinq.com will modify user account information based on user request.
2.7 Users using false information when registering or changing their personal settings will have their account suspended.
2.8 Only one account per computer is allowed to view advertisements. If more than one account in a single computer view advertisements, all of those accounts will be permanently suspended.
2.9 You must not automatically redirect any pages to ppLinq.com or include the ppLinq.com site inside any other sites regardless of being visible or not.
2.10 Any attempt to manually or automatically reload/view pages intensively will lead to the permanent suspension of your account.
2.11 All currency values shown in your account including purchases and withdrawals are in United States dollars (USD).
3.1 Members are given bonus by their direct referrals upgrade, as a promotion and this promotion is subject to change without further notice.
3.2 Every one of your referrals, as users, must have a unique email address.
3.3 You must not send unsolicited email or force anyone in any other way into becoming your referral. You also cannot use any services that attempt to sell you referrals. We will verify such incidents and they will result in account termination.
3.4 You only earn from directly referred referrals when they are rented or referred directly by you.
3.5 You can only buy referrals when they are available and within the limits of your current membership.
3.6 Having a username that we deem inappropriate may lead to the suspension of your account.
3.7 A referral will never be able to change the member who referred him/her.
3.8 The amount of direct referrals is limited based on the referrer's membership. Users can see the limit in the upgrade page.
3.9 Clicks made by your referrals will be credited to your account instantly if you have met the click requirements for the previous day.
4. Payment Processors Support & Refund Policy
4.1 All payments are non-refundable.
4.2 All purchased items (Upgrade fees for memberships/Add funds/Purchase of Business Listing (Revenue Shares) or other ad package(s)/including others) are non-refundable (NO REFUND). All purchased items are non-refundable as the items are instantly delivered upon purchase.
4.3 ppLinq.com team record all orders invoices, as well as all transaction ids and the IPs of all our clients. In a case of need to proof the instant delivery of our items, we keep all documents in a good condition. The ppLinq.com Terms of Service are visible on every page of the site too. You also agreed to these terms while registering.
4.4 In case user opens dispute against ppLinq.com for a purchased item, it will lead to immediate account suspension and your IP address will be blacklisted.
4.5 All chargebacks or reversed transactions made on your payments will lead to an immediate account suspension.
5. Cancellation/Termination of membership
5.01 Membership at ppLinq.com is voluntary and therefore may be canceled at any time by the member.
5.02 ppLinq.com, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to terminate without notice, the account of any member caught in violation of the Terms of Service, Privacy or Refund Policy.
5.03 Any member acting unethical or unprofessional may be removed without refund (if any) at the sole discretion of ppLinq.com with all current and future commissions and site usage forfeited.
5.04 Any membership that is cancelled/terminated will forfeit all benefits and privileges associated with ppLinq.com. Any positions held in ppLinq.com will also be forfeited and ownership will be reassigned to ppLinq.com.
5.05 We reserve the right to terminate the member's account in cases like, but not limited to, spamming, cheating, misuse or abuse of our site/program/site admin(s)/site member(s).
6.1 ppLinq.com will not be liable for any kinds of delays or failures that are not directly related to ppLinq.com and therefore beyond our control.
6.2 ppLinq.com reserves the right to alter the Terms of Service at any time, including fees, special offers, benefits and rules, amongst others, and also reserves the right to cancel its services any time and without any notice with refunds given accordingly in this particular case.
6.3 ppLinq.com will not be held responsible for any of its users, advertisers or advertisements. This also includes every supplier we depend on.
6.4 ppLinq.com is not responsible for any tax payments for you on what you receive from us. It's your responsibility to declare what you've received and pay your country's taxes.
7.1 You, as a user, can only earn from each advertisement once each 24 hours.
7.2 We accept any kind of advertisement except for pages that break out of frames, have malicious code, redirect to another page, have adult, illegal content, contain any kind of multi-level offers or contain referral sales. Also, any advertisement that uses ppLinq.com's name for any unrelated services is not allowed. Your advertised webpage must load within 10 seconds as the progress bar counting the exposure period will begin by then. Your advertised website must be capable of supporting multiple visits per second.
7.3 We reserve the right to deny any advertisement that we do not see fit to be displayed.
7.Payments To Users
7.1 All payments will be made via available payment processors like PayPal,Payza,OkPay or PerfectMoney. You can only request an unlimited amount to be paid to the payment processor you've used to make the most of your purchases in monetary amount. In the event of equal most value of purchases between two or more payment processors you can make an unlimited payment request for each one that is part of the par.
7.2 All authorized payments will be made manually within 7-10 business days for standard members and 24-72 hours upgraded members after being requested. We notify that we give priority to the members who purchased funds.
7.3 The money will be sent directly to the account that is associated with the same email as your account. Your payment processor account needs to be verified.
7.4 The minimum amount paid is $0.05 by Paypal and $1 for other payment processors for cash out. A fee can be deducted depending on the payment processor you use.
7.5 You can only request one payment at a time.
7.6 We are responsible only for submitting your payment to the payment processor. Any action after that is to be handled by the payment processor's support.
7.7 You must have a correct and existing payment processor email address. All payments will go directly to that user's email address and cannot be cancelled.
7.8 Users must accept the payments made to their Payza accounts in 30 calendar days or will have the payment cancelled and it will not be refunded.
7.9 Any refund of any payment we send you will be ignored and it won't be added back to your account nor sent again.
7.10 If you have received a payout, you are required to upload the payment proof (screenshot) and to post this payment proof (screenshot) in the forum in order to receive your next payout.
8.1 Each attempt, in any way, to hack into the system will be logged.
8.2 We will warn you, sometimes we will not. In either way, when you request payout, our monitoring system will analyze your actions and take its own actions in return. Normally, attempts to hack the system will result in account termination.
8.3 You can't use any software that automates tasks or clicks advertisements for you, including, but not limited to any software, plugin, script or autoclicker.
8.4 The end result to any attempts of piracy is account suspension.
8.5 Every attempt to create fake accounts will be logged and the gains from the fake accounts will be cancelled.
9.Forums, General user Behavior:
9.1 You have access to reading the Forum, except for private areas.
9.2 You can post in the forums after completing the registration process and logging in.
9.3 We do not tolerate racism, sexism or abusive comments from our members. Debates and discussions are fine, however we will not tolerate any rude attitudes, insults, meaningless inflammatory posts towards either our members or ppLinq.com staff.
9.4 You have the right to express yourself without offending other users.
9.5 All kinds of publicity, attempts to get referrals, money offers/exchange/requests and the offer or request of services are prohibited in Forum posts/topics. Spamming the Forum with nonsense posts/messages, duplicated topics, illegal content, sharing email addresses, social website links and instant messenger IDs is also prohibited.
9.6 Any accusation without proof, intimidation, threat or disrespect against ppLinq.com and / or ppLinq.com staff / assistants, here or elsewhere will be seen as disrespectful and may lead to the removal of the privilege of using the Forum as well as the permanent suspension of your account, temporary suspension of membership or any other benefits.
9.7 Posting topics or messages that may directly or indirectly be prejudicial to ppLinq.com, its users, sponsors or service providers will be considered offensive and may lead to suspension of forum privileges.
9.8 All inquiries must be submitted through a Support Ticket. But before sending a Support Ticket please read the FAQ, TOS and our Forum, as your answer might be in there. If you send us a Support Ticket, we will reply you within 24 business Hours.
